Sure. The clearest one is the onboarding rebuild at my last company. Activation had been flat at about thirty-one percent for three quarters, and we kept adding tooltips to a flow nobody finished. I pulled session recordings for two hundred signups and the drop-off was almost entirely at the workspace-invite step.

What is the free 5-minute interview?

A free, live, five-minute spoken interview with the GoRehearse AI interviewer, right at the top of this page. Pick the interview you are preparing for (a job description and résumé are optional), and the interviewer asks three or four questions shaped by them, with follow-ups on what you say. It uses your microphone only while it runs and keeps the camera off. No card is needed. When it ends, create a free account and you get a scored report: what you did well, quoted from your answers, and what to fix first.

Do companies really interview with AI?

Many already do, especially for the first round. In a 2024 Resume Builder survey of 948 US business leaders, about one in four said their company uses AI to conduct interviews, and TestGorilla's 2025 hiring report found one in five US employers using AI for at least initial interviews. GoRehearse is not one of those employers' tools; it lets you practise the same format, a spoken interview with an AI that follows up, before the real one.
