Is there really no subscription?
No. You buy a pack of credits and spend them when you rehearse. Nothing recurs, and credits never expire.
What happens if an interview fails?
If you never answer a question, or the session breaks on our side before halfway, the credits go back automatically. The full policy is on the refunds page.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free 5-minute interview on the homepage is a real spoken interview with three or four questions and follow-ups, and it ends with a scored report after a free sign-up. No card is needed.
Do you support UPI?
In India, yes — UPI, cards and netbanking, through Razorpay. Outside India we bill in US dollars through Lemon Squeezy, which handles local sales tax and VAT.
