What to write to us about

Something went wrong in an interview

Tell us the date and the role. Most technical failures refund your credits automatically — see Refunds & Cancellations for exactly when — but if the credits did not come back, or the report is clearly broken, we will fix it by hand.

Billing and refunds

Payment problems, duplicate charges, or a purchase that never delivered credits. Include the payment reference from your receipt. Please write to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster.

Your data

Requests for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we keep it. We respond to these within 30 days.

Complaints

Praveen Sharma personally handles complaints and grievances, at the address above. If you have raised something and are not satisfied with the answer, reply to the same thread and say so — it will be looked at again rather than closed.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email us with the details and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue you for reporting something in good faith.
