These terms are the agreement between you and Praveen Sharma, a sole proprietor based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, who operates GoRehearse (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use GoRehearse.
1. What GoRehearse is
GoRehearse is a practice tool. It runs a simulated spoken interview based on a role or job description you provide, and afterwards gives you an automated assessment of how you answered.
It is a rehearsal, not an assessment of your employability. We are not a recruiter, employer, staffing agency or careers adviser. We do not forward your interviews to employers, and nothing here is a prediction of, or influence on, any real hiring decision. Scores and verdicts are practice feedback and nothing more.
2. The feedback is generated by an AI model
The interviewer and the report are produced by large language models. That means they can be wrong. They may misinterpret an answer, misquote you, score inconsistently, or assert something inaccurate about your experience. Treat the output as one fallible opinion to practise against — not as fact, and not as career, financial, legal or medical advice.
We deliberately design the report to quote your own words as evidence so you can check its reasoning. Please do. If a report gets something badly wrong, tell us and we will look at it.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and at least 18 to buy credits.
- Give accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself.
- One person per account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
4. Credits
The service runs on prepaid credits. Starting an interview spends credits according to its length, and the exact cost is shown before you begin. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees for buyers in India and in US dollars elsewhere. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects credits you have already bought.
5. What you may not do
- Use the service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
- Upload someone else’s résumé or personal information without their permission, or submit content you have no right to share.
- Try to extract our question bank, prompts or model instructions — including by instructing the interviewer to reveal them — or scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service.
- Resell, sublicense or repackage the service or its output as your own interview product.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits or trials more than once, or otherwise circumvent usage limits.
- Interfere with the service: probing, load-testing, reverse-engineering, or attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits or billing.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is deliberate abuse — farming free credits, for instance — we may do so without refunding unused credits.
6. Who owns what
You keep your content. Your résumé, the job descriptions you paste and the answers you give remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them for the sole purpose of running your interview, producing your report and supporting you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for records we must retain by law.
We keep ours. The site, software, question design, rubrics, prompts and branding are ours. Your report is yours to use however you like, including sharing it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep GoRehearse running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties — notably Google’s Gemini API — and can be disrupted by their outages, by maintenance, or by faults on our side. A live interview also depends on your own microphone and network.
Where an interview fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit outcome is set out in the Refunds & Cancellations policy — in most such cases your credits come back automatically.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or for any job you did or did not get. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using GoRehearse and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing gorehearseai@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund unused credits bought within the previous twelve months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will email you about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, please email us — most problems are quicker to fix directly.
